MORE NAMEDROPS: Real estatesman Vincent Friia, a member of St. Francis Lutheran, last wk. took two copies of that church's nationally acclaimed cookbook, ``Those People At That Church,'' to Washington, where he gave one to Tipper Gore (he dined at the Gore house Sat. night), and one to Hillary Clinton, whom he ran into at the Jockey Club. ``It's got my favorite recipe,'' whooped never-at-a-loss Hillary, discovering ``Clinton Cookies,'' a banana and peanut butter calorical horror . . . Hillary Clinton vs. Tipper Gore? No contest . . .
