Results of 2008 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting was held on February 10, 2008 at which the congregation approved the budget for 2008, renewed the term calls of Pastors Pieter Oberholzer and Megan Rohrer, and elected new comiittee and council members.

Nominating Committee

Paul Johnson and Diane DeLange were elected to the Nominating Committee, who, with two committee members selected by the council, will select candidates for committees that require a congregation vote.

Audit Committee

Karen Custer was elected to the Audit Committee, who with the other two members of this committee, Glenda Lisk and Brian Border, are charged with reviewing the financial and related activites of the mission and ministry of St. Francis.

Congregation Council

Five members were elected to the council for terms from one year to three years. (There were two resignations on the council from members currently in their terms. Therefore, not all of the elected council members will be serving the full three-year term.)
